Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 20 May 2026

These terms govern your enrolment in any Trackr Academy programme (the “Programme”) offered by Bristol Tracker Limited, trading as Trackr (“we”, “us”, or “Trackr”). Trackr Academy is a product offered under the Trackr brand. Some sections below apply only to the Elite tier (the “Elite Tier”) and are marked accordingly; if you are not enrolled on the Elite Tier, those sections do not apply to you. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

01Enrolment and payment

Your enrolment is confirmed once payment is received in full via our payment provider, Stripe. Pricing is as displayed on the enrolment page at the time of purchase and is in pounds sterling (GBP), inclusive of any applicable taxes.

By submitting your enrolment, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and that you have the authority to make payment using the card or account used.

02Elite Tier enrolment and application (Elite Tier only)

Enrolment on the Elite Tier is by application. You may apply at any time while applications are open, and there is no fee or charge for submitting an application. We aim to communicate a decision in writing within three working days of receiving a complete application, but this is a target and not a contractual deadline.

We accept Elite Tier applications at our sole discretion based on factors including fit with the Programme, capacity, and the suitability of the proposed coaching arrangement. We are not obliged to give reasons for any decision. If your application is unsuccessful, you may reapply in a subsequent cycle but not within the same cycle unless we invite you to do so.

A successful application is an offer of a place subject to payment. Your place is only confirmed once you have paid the Elite Tier fee in full via the payment link we provide. Until payment is received, we reserve the right to withdraw the offer, including where we have not received payment within a reasonable time of issuing the link.

Elite Tier places are strictly limited. If we receive more accepted applications than available places, places are allocated in the order in which payment is received in full.

03Programme access

You will be granted access to your selected tier’s contents over the eight-week duration of the cohort. Access includes participation in live lectures, seminars (where applicable to your tier), supporting resources, and the cohort WhatsApp group. The specific entitlements of each tier are as set out on the Programme’s public-facing pages at the time of your enrolment, and we will deliver what is described there.

Access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to any other person. You may not record, distribute, or republish any live session or material without our prior written consent.

04One-to-one tutoring (Elite Tier only)

The Elite Tier includes weekly one-to-one tutoring sessions with the lead tutor for the duration of the eight-week Programme. Each session is held by video call and is scheduled by mutual agreement at a recurring weekly time wherever practicable.

If you need to reschedule a session, you must give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled by you with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded. If we need to reschedule a session, we will offer at least one alternative slot within the same week or, where this is not possible, the following week.

Unused weekly one-to-one sessions do not roll over beyond the end of the eight-week Programme and have no cash value. The total number of one-to-one sessions delivered under the Elite Tier is up to eight, corresponding to the eight weeks of the Programme.

One-to-one sessions are confidential between you and the tutor. You may not record any session by any means without our prior written consent. We may, with your prior consent given at the start of a session, record a session for quality-assurance or training purposes; any such recording is held by us under our Privacy Policy and is not shared outside Bristol Tracker Limited.

If the lead tutor is unavailable for any session due to illness, force majeure, or other unavoidable cause, we may either offer a replacement session at a later date or arrange for a comparably qualified substitute tutor to deliver the session. This is not a breach of these terms.

05Mock interviews (Elite Tier only)

The Elite Tier includes three (3) mock interview sessions. Each mock interview is a one-hour video call comprising 30 minutes of live interview practice and 30 minutes of structured feedback.

Mock interviews can be redeemed at any time during the 2026/27 recruitment cycle, which for the purposes of these terms means the period from the start date of your Programme up to and including 31 August 2027. Any mock interview sessions that have not been redeemed by the end of that period expire and may not be carried forward, refunded, or exchanged for any other service.

Mock interview sessions are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used by the enrolled Elite Tier participant. To redeem a session, you must request a slot in writing with at least three working days’ notice, providing the firm, role, and any materials relevant to the interview you are preparing for. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred timing but cannot guarantee availability at short notice.

Once a mock interview session has been scheduled, the rescheduling rules in section 04 apply: at least 24 hours’ notice is required, and sessions cancelled with less notice or missed without notice are deemed redeemed and will not be re-issued.

06CV revisions (Elite Tier only)

The Elite Tier includes unlimited CV revisions during the eight-week Programme and the remainder of the 2026/27 recruitment cycle as defined in section 05. “Unlimited” means a reasonable, good-faith volume of revision requests made by you as an individual participant in support of your own applications during that period. We may pause or decline further revisions where, in our reasonable judgement, your usage is excessive, abusive, automated, or being used for purposes other than your own applications, such as on behalf of third parties.

Each revision is delivered as written feedback on a CV you submit. The service is feedback and editing guidance and is not a ghost-writing or rewrite service. We typically respond within three working days of receiving a revision request, but this is a target and not a contractual deadline.

CV revision entitlements end at the conclusion of the 2026/27 recruitment cycle and have no cash value.

07Cancellation and refunds

You have a statutory right to cancel your enrolment within 14 days of confirmation under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided you have not started accessing live programme content. If you cancel within this period and have not attended any live session or accessed downloadable resources, you will receive a full refund.

By enrolling and accessing programme content during the 14-day period (including attending any live session or downloading any resource), you expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning before the end of that period, and you acknowledge that this will end your right to cancel under the Regulations. For the Elite Tier specifically, attending any one-to-one session, redeeming any mock interview, or submitting any CV for revision will be treated as accessing digital content for these purposes.

Outside the statutory cancellation period, all enrolments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial completion, missed sessions, change of circumstances, or unused Elite Tier entitlements (including unused one-to-one sessions, unredeemed mock interviews, or unused CV revisions). To request a refund within the cancellation period, please contact us at info@the-trackr.com.

08Intellectual property

All Programme content, including but not limited to lecture recordings, slides, templates, written materials, frameworks, worked examples, and any materials shared in the cohort WhatsApp group or community, remains the intellectual property of Bristol Tracker Limited. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use this material solely for your own application preparation.

You may not record, screen-record, screenshot, photograph, transcribe, download, save, redistribute, republish, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit any Programme content, in whole or in part. You may, however, take your own handwritten or typed notes during sessions for personal use, and you may publicly share your own success stories or experiences of the Programme (for example, on LinkedIn or social media), provided you do not reproduce any of our content in doing so.

We treat breach of this clause as a serious matter. Where we identify or reasonably suspect a breach, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Programme without refund and to pursue further legal remedies, including but not limited to damages and injunctive relief.

09Code of conduct

You agree to engage with the cohort, tutors, and other participants in a respectful, constructive, and professional manner. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is abusive, disruptive, harassing, or otherwise in breach of these terms, without refund.

10No qualification, no guaranteed outcome

The Programme is an educational programme designed to materially improve the quality of your applications and your interview performance. It is not a recognised academic qualification and does not award any degree, diploma, certificate, or other formal qualification or accreditation.

We make no guarantee or warranty, express or implied, as to any specific recruitment outcome, including but not limited to receiving an interview, an offer, an internship, a graduate role, or employment with any firm or sector. Your results depend on your own effort, ability, and external factors outside our control.

Any examples of past outcomes referenced on our website, marketing materials, or during the Programme are illustrative only and are not a promise or prediction of similar results for any participant.

11Tutors and confidentiality

The Programme is delivered by tutors whose identities are kept confidential prior to enrolment and are disclosed to participants during the first live session of the cohort. By enrolling, you agree not to publicly disclose, share, or speculate about tutors’ identities, current or former employers, or personal information outside the cohort, whether on social media, in writing, or in conversation with third parties.

This confidentiality obligation continues indefinitely after your participation in the Programme has ended. Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may give rise to further legal remedies.

12Data and privacy

We collect and process the personal data you provide during enrolment in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to receive transactional communications from us, including schedule updates, WhatsApp group invitations, and other operational messages necessary to deliver the Programme.

The cohort WhatsApp group is a shared communication channel operated on the WhatsApp platform. Messages within the group are visible to all participants and tutors in that group. WhatsApp’s own end-to-end encryption and data handling are governed by WhatsApp’s terms, not ours. You acknowledge that information shared in the group is shared with other participants and is not confidential.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us at any time by emailing info@the-trackr.com.

13Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to postpone, cancel, or modify the Programme in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to tutor unavailability, force majeure events, or insufficient cohort numbers. Where the Programme is cancelled by us before completion, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.

14Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Programme is limited to the amount you paid for your enrolment. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, loss of earnings, or loss of expected employment.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your enrolment is the version published at the date of your purchase. Material changes affecting your existing enrolment will be communicated to you in writing in advance.

16Resolving disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the Programme, please contact us first at academy@the-trackr.com so we can try to resolve it directly. We aim to respond to all complaints within five working days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith discussion before commencing court proceedings. Nothing in this clause restricts either party’s right to bring legal proceedings where necessary.

17Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Programme are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under English law.
